1. General Conditions
1.1. Ecooil.ee e-shop sells light wood buildings and wood preserves produced by Ecooil OÜ and Ecosauna Project OÜ. The production is manufactured and assembled in Põlvamaa, Valgjärv,
1.2. The terms and conditions apply to the legal relations between buyer and Ecooil OÜ / Ecasauna Project OÜ (Seller) regarding the ordering and purchasing from E-shop (www.ecooil.ee). In addition to these conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of Products in the E-shop are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 Products and services can be bought via e-store only in Estonia and all export activity has to go through price enquiry or direct contacting.
1.4 The terms and conditions do not apply to legal relationships that arise between the buyer and the seller outside of the e-shop environment.

2.1. All prices displayed in the e-shop are in euros and include VAT. Prices are for Estonian marek only and does not apply any export transactions.
3.1 Photos displayed in e-shop are illustrative and may vary slightly from the actual appearance of the Product. The difference in color between colors, details, or mechanisms on products is the risk taken by the customer when ordering. For customs orders the 14-day right-to-return goods does not apply, in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act (§ 53 (4) (2) and (3) in conjunction with subsection 56 (1) of the LSA).
3.2. Photographs, videos and illustrations displayed on the e-shop are the property of Ecooil OÜ / Ecosauna Projekt OÜ, which can be copied or presented on other channels only with written permission from Ecooil OÜ / Ecasauna Project OÜ.
4. Making Purchases
4.1. Only way for non-Estonian customer to make an enquiry is to navigate to desired product and send inquiry by clicking on the “Price Inquiry” button under product profile page.
4.2. To complete the inquiry, the Customer must fell inquiry form with correct data and send it to company. Seller is not responsible for any incorrect or false data.
4.3. Sales representative will contact with customer within 5 working days.
6. Delivery and logistics
6.1. The transport of light wooden buildings is negotiated between the customer and the seller, and the costs related are not included in the price of the product.
6.2. For wood preservatives and health products, the customer can order the product by courier service at an appropriate address through ELS Kullerteenus).
6.3. Before completing an order, the Client is required to verify the correctness of the contact information provided, to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the Products. The Seller shall not be liable for delays and misunderstandings caused by the delivery of the Products, if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy of the information provided by the Customer in completing the order.
6.4. in case the Product does not reach the Customer in good condition and in sealed packaging, the Client is obliged to inform the Seller by sending an e-mail: email@example.com or by calling (+372) 796 4716.
7. Returning and exchange
7.1. For customs orders the 14-day right-to-return goods does not apply, in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act (§ 53 (4) (2) and (3) in conjunction with subsection 56 (1) of the LSA). The seller may reverse the product if the reason is related to the quality or functionality of the product. The seller will not return the goods if the reason for the return is incorrectly entered data in the order form or slight differences in the color between the images of the e-shop and the customer’s product.
7.2. For return / exchange of products, the seller must submit a withdrawal application within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The cancellation application can be submitted by sending a free email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns received to the seller are accepted only with the application.
7.3. Replaceable or refundable Product may not be damaged or harmed, the Product must be in the package.
8. Claims procedure
8.1. Sold Items are subject to the 2-year deadline for submitting complaints provided for in § 218 (2) of the LOA.
8.2. In case of product non-compliance or defects, the Client undertakes to notify the Seller immediately, but not later than within 2 months after the error occurred, by sending the contact details of the buyer, exact description of the problem and the purchase receipt number to the e-mail address email@example.com. In the event of product defect, please promptly stop using the product.
8.3. The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by the unlicensed use of the ordered products, as well as the delay in delivery, if this is due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller and / or due to force majeure.
12. Other Conditions
12.1. Disputes between the Customer and the Seller will be settled by negotiation.
